{¶1} Appellant, Linda Luscre-Miles, appeals the decision of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, denying her appeal from a Resolution adopted by appellee, Ohio State Board of Education, suspending her permanent elementary and eight-year education of the handicapped teaching certificates for a period of one year. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the court below.
