{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Jimmy Lee Sanders, appeals the judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, finding him guilty of Possession of Crack Cocaine, Trafficking in Crack Cocaine, and Failure to Comply with Order or a Signal of Police Officer, and sentencing him to an aggregate prison sentence of ten years.
