{¶1} This case is currently before this court on remand from the Ohio Supreme Court to determine whether defendant-appellant, Ralph E. Clark, suffered prejudice as a result of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Plea's failure to substantially comply with Crim.R. 11(C) in accepting his negotiated guilty plea to Aggravated Murder with Gun Specification.
