{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Motorists Mutual Insurance Company ("Motorists"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("BWC"). Because we agree with the trial court's interpretation of applicable statutory provisions, we affirm.
