{¶1} Appellant Lisa Starkey appeals the decision of the Tuscarawas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, which granted permanent custody of her son, Thomas Starkey III, to Appellee Tuscarawas County Job and Family Services ("TCJFS").
