{¶1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Defendant-Appellant, Christopher Sayers, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas that accepted Sayers's plea of guilty to kidnapping, attempted rape, and domestic violence, rejected the State's sentencing recommendation, and sentenced Sayers to five years imprisonment.
