OPINION
YOUNG, J.
{¶1} Appellant, Susan Mineer, appeals the decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, granting temporary legal custody of F.R., an infant, to Jewish Family Service dba Adoption Connection, a private child placing agency ("Adoption Connection").1 Appellant is the child's guardian ad litem. We reverse and remand the juvenile court's decision.
