{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael Dickerson, appeals a judgment of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court denying his motion to suppress evidence. Dickerson asserts that his initial encounter with the police was not a proper stop and that the subsequent search of his person exceeded the permissible scope of a Terry search.
