{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael Goza, was convicted after a jury trial of burglary, aggravated burglary, attempted rape, gross sexual imposition, and kidnapping and sentenced to 31 years incarceration. The convictions stem from the attempted rape of nine-year-old C.A. and her three-year-old sister, K.J., in the early morning hours of March 26, 2006, as they were sleeping at home...
