{¶ 1} This case arises out of an April 14, 2006 drive-by shooting, which began after an altercation over a hat and resulted in the murder of Donta Dinkins and the shooting of Gregory Barnes. Defendant-appellant, R.G., appeals from a judgment of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas adjudicating him delinquent of murder, felonious assault, and obstructing justice.
