{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Clarence R. Anderson, appeals the judgment entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, in which he was found guilty of two counts of Felonious Assault in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2) each with a Firearm Specification, in violation of R.C. 2929.14 and R.C. 2941.145, and sentenced to twenty years in prison.
