DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, P.J.

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a denial of postconviction relief. Albert Weathers, appellant, was convicted of aggravated possession of drugs in March 2006, in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. The offense is a violation of R.C. 2925.11(A) and (C)(1)(b) and a third degree felony. The trial court sentenced Weathers to serve a three year prison term for the offense.
