{¶ 1} This is a consolidated appeal from three judgments entered by the Huron County Court of Common Pleas. In each of the three cases, the trial court denied each appellant's petition contesting his reclassification as a Tier III sex offender under R.C. 2950.01, et seq., as amended by S.B.10, also known as the "Adam Walsh Act".
