{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Ronald Sansom, filed December 5, 2007. On June 14, 2007, Sansom was indicted on one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a)(G)(1)(d), a felony of the fourth degree, along with a specification, R.C. 2941.1413, that Sansom, within 20 years of committing this offense, previously had been convicted...
