OPINION

WOLFF, P.J.

{¶ 1} Margaret Klein appeals from a final judgment and decree of divorce entered by the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, which incorporated a separation agreement she had previously signed. Mrs. Klein had argued, unsuccessfully, that the separation agreement was invalid and unenforceable.
