{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Brandon Johnson appeals from an order revoking his community control sanction, and imposing a five-year sentence upon his original conviction for Felonious Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Johnson was charged by indictment with the offense, including at that time a firearm specification, in December, 2004.
