PER CURIAM.
{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Linda Duvall appeals from a summary judgment rendered against her on her claim for wrongful discharge, in violation of public policy and in violation of the Whistleblower Statute set forth in R.C. 4113.52(A)(3). Duvall contends that she presented evidence sufficient to establish a genuine issue of material fact with regard to each cause of action.
