ANN DYKE, J.:

{¶1} In this delayed appeal, defendant Darius Willis appeals from his conviction for carrying a concealed weapon. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

{¶2} On November 30, 2006, defendant was indicted for carrying a concealed weapon. He pled not guilty and the matter proceeded to a bench trial on September 11, 2007.
