BROWN, J.

{¶1} Warren Keith Roberts ("Keith"), defendant-appellant, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, in which the court entered a decree of divorce between appellant and Amy Mullins Roberts, plaintiff-appellee.

{¶2} The parties were married in May 1993. On August 15, 2003, Amy filed a complaint for divorce. The parties had one child together...
