OPINION

YOUNG, J.

{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, John Frazier, appeals the decision of the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Clinton County Sheriff's Office, Sergeant Scott Stanfill, and Deputy John Bailey. We affirm the trial court's decision.
