{¶1} On September 12, 2008, appellant, George F. Skala, pro se, filed a notice of appeal from an August 11, 2008 judgment of the Portage County Municipal Court, Ravenna Division. Appellant's notice of appeal was due to be filed by September 10, 2008, which was not a holiday or a weekend. Thus, his appeal was untimely filed.
