{¶ 1} Neal Williams pled no contest to possession of crack cocaine, a first degree felony, after the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas overruled his motion to suppress evidence. As part of the negotiated plea agreement, Williams also pled no contest to two other counts of possession of crack cocaine, fourth and fifth degree felonies respectively, in two other cases.
