{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants Robert and Terri Treinen and David McKnight (collectively, "the Treinens") sued defendants-appellees Sharon Kollasch-Schlueter and Victor Lee to enforce a right of first refusal encumbering four adjoining lots located in Greenhills Village in Hamilton County, Ohio.
