{¶1} HomeComings Financial Network, Inc. and GMAC Mortgage Corporation, appeal from the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, entered upon a jury verdict, awarding Michael and Pamella Negrea $156,250 for breach of contract arising from appellants' foreclosure action against the Negreas.
