{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Dennis R. Gibson, filed December 13, 2007. On September 27, 2001, Gibson pled guilty in the Champaign County Court of Common Pleas to one count of rape, in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(2), and one count of gross sexual imposition, in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(4), both arising out of sexual contact with his daughter.
