Maddox, appeals from the judgment of the Lima Municipal Court sentencing him to a one hundred eighty day jail term, suspended in its entirety upon the condition that he refrain from contacting or threatening his brother, Kevin Maddox, or his brother's girlfriend, Tamara Allen.
