{¶1} Plaintiffs-Appellants, Estate of Elladean Jackson, Donald Jackson as Executor, Donald Jackson, and Tonya McDonald appeal the decision of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas to grant the motion of summary judgment filed by the Appellee, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Corporation.
