{¶ 1} This appeal comes to us from a judgment issued by the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas following appellant's no contest plea to one count of driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Because we conclude that the trial court did not err in denying appellant's motion to dismiss, we affirm.
