{¶ 1} In 2003, William J. Hennis was found guilty by a jury of five counts of gross sexual imposition and four counts of sexual battery. He was sentenced to an aggregate term of thirty years of imprisonment, which was more than the statutory minimum sentence, and was classified as a sexually oriented offender.
