{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Nathan Curtis, filed March 26, 2008. On August 4, 2006, Curtis shot Ronald Wakefield once in each leg after taking him to a remote area, because Wakefield allegedly stole 25 pounds of marijuana from Curtis.
