{¶ 1} This appeal comes to us from a judgment issued by the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas which found appellant, Paul N. Thebeau III, guilty of failing to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a violation of R.C. 2921.331(B) and a felony of the third degree.
