{¶ 1} Plaintiff Aloysius G. Almasi, related he was traveling south on Interstate 271 "near the Richfield 303 exit," about 11:40 a.m. on March 14, 2008, when "mud and rocks came off the back" of a truck traveling five car lengths in front of his vehicle (a 2002 Chevrolet Venture mini-van) and struck the windshield of the van.
