{¶ 1} 1) On February 26, 2008, at approximately 1:30 p.m., plaintiff, Mary Jo Schuerman, was traveling south on Interstate 71 between Exit #7 and Exit #6 in Hamilton County when her automobile struck a pothole causing tire damage to the vehicle.
