{¶1} On December 8, 2006, the Fairfield County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Randall Tharp, on two counts of kidnapping in violation of R.C. 2905.01, one count of abduction in violation of R.C. 2905.02, one count of attempt to commit rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02, and one count of gross sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05.
