{¶1} Francesca Brumley and Sly Parham appeal from the judgment of the Ravenna Division of Portage County Municipal Court, which issued a writ of restitution in connection with an eviction complaint filed by Portage Metropolitan Housing Authority ("PMHA"). Ms. Brumley and Mr. Parham, her adult son, are tenants at a rental unit owned by PMHA. PMHA initiated the instant eviction matter because of Mr. Parham's engagement...
