{¶ 1} Raymond Joseph Bruce pled no contest in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence ("OVI") after the court denied his motion to suppress evidence. He appeals from his conviction.
