{¶1} Ian Recklaw told a police detective that he had sexual intercourse with B.M., his ex-girlfriend's 13-year-old sister. The Grand Jury indicted him for rape, unlawful sexual conduct, and gross sexual imposition, and he was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct.
