YOUNG, J.
{¶1} Defendant-appellant and cross-appellee, Darryn Pringle, appeals his conviction in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas on one count of rape, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of domestic violence, and one count of violating a protection order. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
