{¶ 1} George Skatzes appeals from two judgments of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which denied his petition for postconviction relief (CA 22322) and overruled his motion for a new trial (CA 22484). These appeals have been consolidated on appeal. For the following reasons, the judgments of the trial court will be affirmed.
