Marcheskie, appeals from the judgment entry of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas denying her motion to vacate a default judgment entered in favor of appellee, Samuel J. Cappellino. At issue is whether appellant put forth sufficient evidence to rebut the presumption that appellee perfected proper service of process pursuant to Civ.R. 4.6.
