{¶1} Appellant, Kenneth J. Adams, appeals from the judgment of the Painesville Municipal Court, which found him liable to appellee, Neil R. Wilson, for attorney fees following a lengthy consultation in which Mr. Adams knew prior to the meeting that he would be billed at Mr. Wilson's hourly rate for his professional time and legal advice. For the following reasons, we affirm.
