{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, John Davisson, appeals from the judgment of the Union County Court of Common Pleas sentencing him to a thirty day jail term. On appeal, Davisson argues that the trial court's finding that he had not purged himself of contempt was against the manifest weight of the evidence, and that the trial court abused its discretion by finding that he did not purge himself of contempt based on his failure...
