{¶ 1} Carol McLaughlin appeals the Athens County Common Pleas Court's dismissal of her motion to "modify" Samuel McLaughlin's spousal-support obligation. On appeal, Carol contends that the trial court had jurisdiction to increase Samuel's obligation from zero after Samuel became employed.
