{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Williams County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, that terminated the parental rights of appellants Christal O. and Eric O. and awarded permanent custody of Steven O. to appellee Williams County Department of Job and Family Services. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
