Sheriff ("Sheriff") appeals the February 28, 2008 Judgment Entry and Sentencing of the Court of Common Pleas of Logan County, Ohio sentencing him to three years in prison on two counts of Sexual Battery, in violation of R.C. 2907.03, felonies of the third degree.
