FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) On June 19, 2007, at approximately 1:00 p.m., plaintiff, Allan J. Tolbert, an inmate incarcerated at defendant, Lebanon Correctional Institution ("LeCI"), was involved in a fight with his cellmate, Inmate Peterson #262-328.
