{¶ 1} Pursuant to R.C. 2945.67(A), the state of Ohio appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, General Division, which found defendant-appellee, John D. Pawelski, not guilty of the sole count in the indictment of carrying a concealed weapon in violation of R.C. 2923.12(A)(2).
