{¶1} Yolanda Burch was convicted of assault, a first degree misdemeanor, after a bench trial in the Dayton Municipal Court. The trial court sentenced her to 180 days in the Montgomery County Jail, all of which were suspended, and ordered her to pay a fine of $100. Burch was placed on probation for one year.
