{¶ 1} Appellant Sheldon Seals appeals his convictions for drug possession, drug trafficking, and possession of criminal tools. He assigns the following four errors for our review:

"I. The trial court erred by overruling the motion to dismiss on grounds of double jeopardy because bad faith should be presumed when discovery is delayed and when the prosecution witnesses fail...
