{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, James Lupica, Wachovia Securities, LLC, Wachovia Corporation, Wachovia Financial Services, Inc. and Wachovia Securities Financial Network, LLC, (collectively "Wachovia"), appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to compel arbitration.
